Innovative Wireless Earbuds With Built-In Microphone
Hands-free kit is an amazing invention. It lets people have conversations on the phone while performing other activities at the same time and make full use of their phone’s voice command feature. However, ambient noise makes it difficult for the voice to stand out and be heard, resulting in a lack of accuracy and efficiency.
The developers of RippleBuds created wireless earbuds with an integrated in-ear microphone to minimize ambient noise and let users communicate clearly. With this device, users can be heard crystal-clear in any environment.
A Wearable That Only Captures The Sound of Your Voice
The product device is equipped with an in-ear microphone. In comparison to a hands-free kit that captures the voice from your mouth, RippleBuds’ in-ear microphone captures the user’s voice directly inside the ear canal. Thus making it possible to exclude ambient noise and only capture the voice. The earbuds are designed to reduce surrounding noise by 30 dB.
The earbuds connect to devices via Bluetooth. To power the earbuds, the user has to press and hold the power button on the earbud. RippleBuds earphones come with a portable charger powered by battery allowing on-the-go charging. A full-charge will last for 5 hours of talking time. The earphones come in stereo or mono (only one earbud).
Users who wish to listen to music or experience noise cancellation to the fullest might prefer the stereo option. The creators of this innovative wearable thought about the user’s comfort by providing them with a choice of five different ear- pads’ sizes. RippleBuds are sweat-proof and washable making it more practical and pleasant for daily use.
With an already successful campaign on Kickstarter, the shipping should take place in June 2016 for the mono earbuds and in September 2016 for the stereo device. This innovation will allow users to take calls in any loud environment, be it at a concert, while commuting and more. At TriMech we know that everyday problems can lead to great innovations. This is the perfect example of how a product design can take away the frustrations of individuals’ daily actions.
